Excise Enforcement Tax Stamp Validator App scans the 2D Barcodes on the Products approved by Excise Department of Sri Lanka as well as option to enter the USDN and provides whether the product is valid or invalid. If the product is genuine, then this App provides following information about the product
1) Product Image
2) Product Registration Letter
3) Company Name
4) Category
5) Subcategory
6) Product Name
7) Brand
8) Volume
9) Date of Activation
In addition to above feature, ‘Report Issue’ is included for 4 different types of offences as below and the report can be submitted along with supporting photo, email address, name and complaint description
1) Invalid Stamp
2) Volume Mismatch
3) No Stamp
4) Others
Also, option for ‘Contact Us’ is provided, in which the user can directly dial (phone or short code) or email to EDSL
