Decree No. 8,777/2016 - Open Data Policy of the Federal Executive Branch:
This decree establishes the Brazilian government's Open Data Policy, promoting the free use of public data and encouraging the creation of tools that expand citizens' access to government information. Decree No. 9,903/2019, Article 4 - Free Use of Public Databases:
