DRDP Assistant

Helps teachers assess their students as per the 2025 DRDP standards

Early childcare teachers have a time-consuming responsibility to assess their children as per the DRDP (Desired Results Developmental Profile) standards and guidelines. This app eases their workload by digesting their observation notes and evidence and work out suggested ratings by using AI.

Features (Read before purchase)

With this app, you can:
- Add basic child info (name, age and dual language learner status) in the Children tab.
- Add an observation for one or more of the children in the Observations tab. An observation captures:
- date of observation
- children involved
- any media evidence (photos or short videos)
- your notes on the observation

When you add a photo or short video to the observation, the app will give you the option to send it for analysis. If you elect to do so, the app will perform the analysis and add its summary to the observation notes.

Once you submit the observation, the app will analyze it and suggest DRDP assessment ratings for the children in the following Assessments screen.

From the Assessments screen, ratings can be exported along with the observation info to an HTML file viewable in your device's browser and then copy-pasted to the DRDP website by clicking on the export button at the top of the screen.

Cumulative ratings for a child are also available for export from the Children tab. Click on the Assessments button against any child and you will see a list of ratings for that child in the next screen. Click the export button at the top of the screen.

Note: Child information, observations and ratings data is only stored locally on your device. The data used for ratings analysis (child age and observations) is sent to the cloud for AI analysis but never stored there.

App Credits
The app assigns a number of credits when you purchase it. Credits are consumed as observations are analyzed.

You can view your remaining credits by clicking on the Account button at the top of any screen.

You can also buy more credits from the same menu. The app will also prompt you to recharge credits if you exhaust your credits.
