App Description

Connecting drug repurposing experts

RePurpose is a networking and matchmaking platform designed to bring together organizations, researchers, and professionals involved in drug repurposing — the process of finding new therapeutic uses for existing molecules.
Developed within the RePo-SUDOE Project (S1/1.1/P0033) and co-financed by the Interreg Sudoe Programme through the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF), RePurpose provides a collaborative space where users can explore, connect, and build partnerships to accelerate innovation in biomedical research.
Inspired by a matching system, the app enables users to identify common interests, complementary expertise, and potential collaboration opportunities — a kind of “Tinder for drug repurposing researchers”.
Its goal is to promote efficient networking and knowledge exchange among diverse actors in academia, industry, and innovation ecosystems worldwide.
Key features:
Browse a global map of entities active in drug repurposing.
Create and manage your professional or institutional profile.
Discover matches with compatible organizations or experts.
Exchange contact details and initiate collaborations.
Strengthen open science and innovation in therapeutic repositioning.
By connecting stakeholders across disciplines and borders, RePurpose fosters a more integrated, efficient, and collaborative environment for pharmaceutical innovation and drug repositioning.
