Hearts is a very famous card game all around the world, partially because it is preinstalled on most Windows-powered computers. It is very similar to Briscola (check out our La Briscola), but the strategy here is the opposite: try NOT to get points! You have to avoid getting hearts (worth 1 point) and the queen of spades (worth 13 points).
