Belarusbank Mobile Banking – Financial Management, Payments, and Transfers

M-Belarusbank is the official mobile banking app of Belarusbank JSC for cardholders. The app allows you to perform all basic banking operations on your phone: manage accounts, pay for services, make transfers, and open and top up deposits. Full access to your finances is at your fingertips anytime—fast, convenient, and secure.

- Registration without visiting a branch.
- View card balances.
- Notifications about incoming and outgoing transactions.
- Card management: order, block, obtain details, generate PINs.
- Set card limits.
- Transfers by card or phone number.
- Pay for services and purchases through ERIP (including utility bills, fines, taxes, etc.).
- Payment by QR code.
- Transaction history.
- Ability to share transaction results as a receipt.
- Opening and topping up deposits, withdrawing interest.
- Current exchange rates and currency converter.
- Search for nearby banking facilities on the map.

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
The app offers several login methods:
- Access key — authorization without internet connection. The key is set by the user during registration.
- Biometric — authorization without internet connection using a fingerprint, iris, or face. This is configured by the user in the app settings.
- PIN — authorization is only possible with an internet connection. The PIN is set by the user in the app settings.

You can make payments while other transactions are being processed, or even if there is a delay in request processing. If request processing is delayed, transaction results will be provided immediately after they are completed.

Add payments to "Favorites" for quick access and set reminders for upcoming payments.

The external "Balance" widget lets you monitor your card balances without opening the app.

Customize the app's main screen to suit your needs—choose which widgets to display and their order.

Choose how you want to receive notifications:
- Via the internet. Notifications are delivered as push notifications (pop-up messages) and are saved in the app. You can view them in the "Notifications" section or in the "Transaction Log" section of the "Notifications" tab.
- Via SMS. Notifications are delivered as regular SMS messages and are saved in your phone's inbox.

For notifications to work correctly, ensure all necessary permissions are enabled for the M-Belarusbank app in your phone settings: autostart, push service, notifications, protected apps / security, sleep mode, and power saving. Some apps installed on your device may restrict data transfer for M-Belarusbank.

The app requires device location data, even when it's closed or inactive, to display nearby banking locations, such as cash registers, ATMs, and self-service kiosks, in the app and widget.

SECURITY
- For security purposes, the app only works on one device—the one on which you last logged in. This protects against unauthorized access by third parties.
- For proper operation, it is not recommended to restore the app from backups.
The app is regularly updated and enhanced with new features. For the best experience, use the latest version of the Android operating system.
