App for Jazz employees to easily & efficiently manage internal requests

Jazz People is an application that has been designed to enable Jazz employees to easily and efficiently submit requests and get approvals on the go. With an easy structure, user-friendly screens and simplified navigation, the app works by automatically extracting your details from the system, and forwarding your request to the relevant department, making the submission and approval process of any request short and quick. High Impact processes focused on Self Service features, Applause & Jazz Flex have been digitized through Jazz People ensuring a seamless experience. All you have to do is fill in the details and press submit. Once a request has been submitted, the app will notify you of your submitted request, and your approving authority of any pending approvals, greatly improving the response time of each request whilst also allowing requests and approvals on the go.

The app requests All Files Access Permission to access the documents needed for core functionality, such as expense claims, queries, complaint tickets and other processes. Please note that Jazz People does not access or collect any sensitive or personal information beyond what is necessary for the app's functionality, and it does not use any data in violation of Google's policies.
