MP4 Video Player application is "All-in-one" video toolkit: that allows users to play Video files stored in phone/sd_card.
It's better to put Video files in the folder of the sd_card and allow the program to access it. To disable Sd_Card access, go to setting menu (permission needed).
Users can browse video in web too and download it.
With this application they can trim, split, crop, rotate, and create samples for video stories, it's necessary to give permission to edit videos files. The edited videos are located in the folder.
