NovusMED Driver aids drivers to access accurate information for their NEMT trips
NovusMED Driver is a multi-tenant in-vehicle application, designed to meet the requirements of organizations within non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) ecosystem including brokers, providers, managed care organizations (MCOs) and PACE programs.
The app is available in two modes:
1. 3rd Party Mode: Used by third party transportation providers and provides insight to a broker on how those trips are progressing.
2. Managed Mode: Used when you have your own fleet to manage and need to stay in touch and close to all your driver and vehicles.
The key to efficient transportation is real time management of your vehicles and seat inventory. Being able to monitor, track, and communicate in real-time leads to the best use of resources and quality outcomes. Information engagement within the app includes:
• Manifests – with immediate updates
• Offers of last-minute trips
• Turn by turn instructions
• Key member and pick up information
• Accumulation of performance data to ease the billing process
