App Description

Memo Pairs - 4×4 memory game-8 pairs, 60s timer, saves your high score.

🎮 Welcome to Memo Pairs
Memo Pairs is a memory matching game on a 4×4 grid: find eight pairs before a sixty-second countdown ends. Tap cards to reveal symbols, remember locations, and watch your score increase when you guess correctly.

🧠 How Memo Pairs plays
Each round in Memo Pairs uses sixteen face-down tiles in four rows of four. Eight symbols appear twice each. You open two tiles at a time. Matching tiles stay face up and add ten points to your score. Non-matching tiles flip back after a brief pause. A round in Memo Pairs completes successfully when all eight pairs are face up before the timer hits zero. If the countdown reaches zero first, the round ends without a full clear.

⏳ Sixty-second countdown
Memo Pairs initializes the timer at sixty seconds for each run and updates the displayed seconds as time passes. When the countdown finishes, Memo Pairs ends the session if pairs remain unmatched.

⏱️ What you see during play
Memo Pairs keeps your current score and the remaining seconds on screen for the entire round. That feedback matches the in-game labels for score and time so you can plan flips against the clock.

⭐ Card artwork
Memo Pairs shows gem, star, moon, sun, heart, diamond, lightning, and crown artwork on the fronts of the tiles, with a shared back design until you tap.

🎲 Order changes every round
Whenever you start a new game session in Memo Pairs, the sixteen positions are shuffled, so symbol placement changes even though the eight pair types stay the same.

🧩 Tap handling in Memo Pairs
Memo Pairs ignores taps on tiles that are already matched, taps on the same tile you already opened in the current two-tile check, and taps while a non-match is still being resolved, which keeps each comparison orderly.

✔️ Matched pairs stay active
After a correct match, Memo Pairs keeps those tiles revealed and excludes them from further input until the round closes.

🧮 Scoring details
In Memo Pairs, points increase only when two revealed tiles show the same symbol; each successful match adds ten points to the running total for that session.

🏆 Result messaging
Memo Pairs shows the win or loss message from the app wording before the numerical breakdown, so you see whether you cleared the board in time or the timer ended the attempt.

📊 End-of-round summary
After play stops, Memo Pairs shows a headline outcome for winning or running out of time, your final score, seconds elapsed during that session, and pair progress as matched count out of eight. Memo Pairs reads the highest score recorded from earlier sessions on the device and shows that value next to those details. When your score is above zero and is greater than or equal to that stored high score, Memo Pairs reveals the New Record notice defined in the app strings.

💾 Saving on the phone
Memo Pairs stores session fields such as score, elapsed seconds, matched pairs, and totals locally as you play, so values stay aligned with what you see when the round closes.

🔁 Starting another attempt
Choosing Play Again in Memo Pairs deactivates previous sessions, inserts a new session, opens the grid again, and applies a fresh shuffle with another sixty-second timer.

✨ Simple memory practice
Memo Pairs offers straightforward rules, one board size, and one time limit per attempt—useful when you want a compact matching exercise without extra modes.
