Drainage and Lineside provides knowledge refresh and information from lessons.

Network Rail's Drainage and Lineside community cover all lifecycle activities around drainage, vegetation, trees, boundary measures, access facilities and pathways. The activities include inspection, maintenance, design, construction and evaluation. There is a lot to remember, effected by seasons, and the sites can be of various configurations. This app has been created to provide a refresher of knowledge gained from eLearning and face-to-face courses. Additional information will also be available from the app based on lessons learned, new technologies, updates to course content, and more. You will also be able to save your favourite content.
Users of this app must have a Network Rail account into our learning platform. Sign in is via a single sign on and is managed internally by the Network Rail Training team. The content in the app will be aligned to
the courses available on Network Rail's learning platform (Moodle). The courses cover drainage, vegetation and trees, and boundary measures. When new courses are created, they will be pushed into this app. This app does not provide the full content available in the eLearning or face-to-face training
courses. It isintended to aid knowledge retention and to remind users of the key learning objectives in each course. Completion of the eLearning or the face-to-face training will grant competency levels and unlock access to the refresher material.
