CarNVH is a professional diagnostic tool designed for Noise, Vibration and Harshness (NVH) analysis of vehicles. It helps identify imbalances, faulty components, and structural resonance during real-world driving. without the need for expensive measurement equipment.

🚗 Automotive Order Analysis
CarNVH supports vibration diagnostics based on frequency orders using:
- Smartphone microphone (noise)
- Built-in accelerometer (vibration)
- Vehicle speed (from GPS) for wheel-related vibration analysis
- Engine speed via OBD / ELM327 for powertrain vibration analysis
This enables correlation of vibration frequencies with rotating components such as the engine piston assembly, valve train, gearbox, drivetrain, and wheels. It is also suitable for detecting repeating vibration or noise events, such as fuel injectors or PWM-controlled valves (EVAP).
