moviORDER is the app for sending orders, requests for offers and other documents

moviORDER was designed as a highly parameterized mobile application, to allow companies to use it across the board:

- provide their customers with an intuitive tool for quickly sending purchase orders/quotes;
- provide its agents with the tool for creating orders/quotes for their customer base;
- creation of non-fiscal internal company documents (inventory, pre-bills,...)

The data loading procedure requires only essential data:
• Article code
• Amount

Nonetheless, moviORDER provides a series of controls and automatisms that allow the company to always receive correct data:
• New BestBuy section where the user's usually purchased products are displayed;
• Article visibility parameterized based on the user who logs in;
• Parameterized visibility of the sales conditions based on the user who logs in;
• Item codes can be entered from the keyboard or the barcode can be read using the device camera;
• Quantity selection via picker that can be set according to company controls and logic (minimum quantity, multiple quantity, maximum quantity);
• If the item has an additional description/notes, its presence is highlighted via the “Item info” icon;
• In addition to the quantity, the user can enter a descriptive note to detail any particularities;
• All data is stored in a web server, no data is stored in the device;
• Once an order line has been confirmed, the data remains stored in the web server database, awaiting confirmation of the entire order: this means that orders can be entered multiple times and from multiple devices, and then be sent together;
