Change Behaviour

The innovative method through which to make learning more effective.

Change Behavior is the innovative method formulated by MTC Consulting, through which learning is made more effective.
With a simple training in the classroom, it is difficult for people to remember after some time what has been transmitted to them and to be able to put the teachings into practice, with the consequence that the training remains an end in itself.
Change Behavior, on the other hand, provides that after the classroom there is a period in which everyone puts themselves to the test, exercises so that the teachings become an integral part of the behavior and gives concrete results to what has been the training received.
Through the Change Behavior platform, it is possible to choose the type of training that best suits us, download original content, learn the concepts and then participate in challenges, one a week for 4 consecutive weeks. Each challenge requires that we register during training and then send the "winning" video to the tutor, in order to receive his feedback and evaluations.
The winner of the challenge will be announced each week.
Basically, the themes we can train on are:

1. Curriculum vitae and job interview;
2. Presentation of our company and Public Speaking;
3. Management of Objections;
4. Close a sale successfully;
5. Giving and Receiving Feedback;

but training and challenges can be completely customized, according to the needs of the individual or the company team.
The tutor is always available and reachable via chat throughout the course.
