Watch over your loved ones from a distance
Does one of your loved ones benefit from the Nexecur teleassistance service and are you identified as a caregiver?
With this plan, you will have access to the Ma Téléassistance - Carer application and you will be able to remotely monitor the smooth running of your loved one's day:
- Be notified of emergency alerts, triggered by your loved one with their call button or communication base, and processed by our remote assistance center;
- Access your loved one's inactivity data over the predefined period 6 a.m.-10 a.m. (customizable time slots if necessary), thanks to motion and opening detectors;
- Send audio messages to your loved one on their communication base;
- Share information with other caregivers (coordination of visits, mood of the day, etc.);
- Check the proper functioning of the equipment;
- Access notifications (monitoring between caregivers, information on equipment).
The application is accessible to customers of the Ma Téléassistance offer and benefiting from the Caregiver Plan.
