We coach you to your new self. Our coaching is based on scientifically based behavior change techniques. Your personal health coaches will develop the action plan with you, accompany you individually and support you in achieving your goal. We coach you personally according to your wishes on site, by phone or video call.

Using scientific measurement methods suitable for you (bio-impedance analysis, spiroergometry and caliper measurement), we determine your actual condition in order to be able to optimally adapt the nutritional recommendation to you and your needs.
After anamnesis and health analysis, we define your personal movement goal together with you. The training takes place on a 1:1 basis.
