When the visitor is at the main gate, the guard takes the necessary information. If the type of the visitor matches with the pre-approval there's a green tick mark in the guard app indicating the visitor is pre-approved. When unexpected visitors simply turn up at the gate, the guard sends a notification from the guard app to the resident app, requesting them to approve their entry.
