UAE Mystery Shopper: Rate Your Experience at the UAE Service Centers

UAE Mystery Shopper application is available in 8 languages; namely, Arabic, English, Urdu, Hindi, Spanish, Chinese, French and Russian, to cater to the needs of customers from different nationalities in United Arab Emirates. Users can evaluate the overall experience at the service center and rate the various aspects of their experience including the location, parking spaces, reception, waiting time, clear process, completion time, service fees, payment method and employee attitude.

Customers can share their feedback on the smart application either during or after their visit to the service center. The comments section allows users to elaborate further on their experience, thus providing government entities with extensive data that help in pinpointing strengths and weaknesses.

This app, developed by the Emirates Government Services Excellence Program (EGSEP), has been launched by Sheikh Mohammad recently with a view to empower customers, listen to customer voice, measure customer satisfaction and increase citizen happiness.

The objectives of this application is to listen to the voice of customers to enhance the government services provided in services centers in the UAE,
we may ask the user to provide us with certain personal identifiable information, including but not limited to the rating criteria, employee name who served the user, location and/or comments which are not shared with any third parties.
