Patient Portal developed for Hospital das Clínicas FMUSP.

Application for patients at Hospital das Clínicas da Faculdade de Medicina USP, where patients will have access to various features such as:

• Abracatraca;
• View results;
• Printing of reports;
• Visualize image exams;
• View available appointments;
• Printing of the scheduling flyer;
• Printing of exam preparation;
• Easily share your reports;
• Request the rescheduling of appointments and/or exams*;
among other features.



* RULES FOR RESCHEDULEMENT:

1. Rescheduling requests are only available for ICHC and IOT institutes

2. Postpone queries that have not yet occurred:

Request at least 2 DAYS before the scheduled consultation date.

3. In case of ABSENCE in the last 6 months:

The system does not allow rescheduling if there was one absence followed by another.

ATTENTION: in this case, it is NOT possible to ask for prescription revalidation.

4. Appointments will be rescheduled according to the availability of vacancies in the service.


Benefits:
- No need to come to HC;
- Receive SMS to verify new date in the Patient Portal;
- You don't have to queue because you have access to the turnstiles with the old flyer and if you didn't miss it: you can have your prescription revalidated and receive the medicine at home if you are registered in the PMC (Programa Medicamento em Casa).
