Why this matters - the science in brief:-
Every cell in your body is contained in a membrane of fat. This fat must be
natural fat, not man-made industrial processed fat (from seed oils), so that the Amyloid protein in the cell membranes is cleaved correctly, to avoid toxic off-cuts which accumulate as plaque in the brain and kills brain cells, leaving holes in the brain, loss of memory and brain function.
