This journal does not only keep your notes organized but also provides body diagrams which you can use to indicate exactly where your pain is and its intensity.

There is also an alerting system in the app which you can use to alert your emergency contacts when your pain intensifies by just clicking a button. Link your emergency contacts in the settings tab.

You can keep track of when to take your medication as well by jotting down when you take your meds in specific intervals in a day.

All this information is securely stored on your device and is not sent to anywhere else, ensuring maximum security.
