Manage Multiple Vehicles

Add and manage multiple vehicles with details such as manufacturer, model, variant, year, registration, fuel type, purchase date, odometer, distance unit, photo and notes.

Set a default vehicle, switch between vehicles, archive vehicles or permanently delete them.

Smart Maintenance Schedules

Create maintenance schedules based on distance, time, or both.

For example:

5,000 km OR 6 months — whichever comes first.

Rydenote automatically calculates the next maintenance point and shows whether maintenance is Upcoming, Due Soon, Due or Overdue.

Use suggested schedules or create completely custom maintenance intervals.

Odometer Tracking

Keep a complete history of odometer readings with dates and sources.

Rydenote detects lower readings and requires confirmation before treating them as corrections. Updating the odometer automatically recalculates relevant maintenance schedules and distance-based reminders.

Calendar reminders are scheduled locally. Distance reminders are recalculated when you update the odometer.

You choose where backups are saved using the Android file picker. Rydenote does not upload them anywhere.

Privacy by Design

Rydenote is local-only by design. Vehicle information, maintenance schedules, odometer readings, service history, expenses and attachments are stored on your device.

There is no account, cloud synchronization, advertising, tracking or remote data collection.
