Nisira Quality

Digitize your quality assessments: dynamic forms, PDF/Excel reports.

Nisira Quality (Q-Rate) is the app for managing your company's quality control directly from your mobile phone. Record supplier evaluations with fully customizable forms: sections, numeric fields, lists, checkboxes, calculated formulas, and QR codes, all tailored to your actual operational processes.

Document each finding with photographic evidence, assign responsibilities and shifts, and track the status of each evaluation (pending, approved, noted, rejected). Export reports in PDF and Excel formats, ready to share with your team or suppliers, using your company's logo and formatting.

All information is synchronized with the Nisira Quality web platform, giving supervisors and administrators complete visibility from any device. Ideal for quality control, audit, and assurance teams in plants, warehouses, and field operations.
