The app models performance based on well geometry and few easily measured parameters. The app can be used to benchmark well performance against proven solids control metrics (KPIs). It provides a practical and simple way to create “what-if” scenarios to predict variation to costs for drilling fluid and cuttings disposal when one of the KPIs changes. It includes handy calculators for mud to cuttings ratio (MCR), shale shaker screen cost per foot (\$/ft), and cuttings disposal volumes.
