●How to use
After downloading the d Car Share app, register as a member.
*When registering as a member, you will need to upload your driver's license.
Once your membership registration has been approved, you will receive a message, and you can then reserve and use a car according to your needs.

●Payment Methods
You can choose from the following methods to pay for car sharing.
1. d Points
2. d Card
*d Card mini cannot be used
3. Combined payment with telephone charges
*d Payment balance cannot be used.
4. Credit card
If you use a debit card or prepaid card, please read the notes below and fully understand the characteristics before using.
*Limited to one-time payments. JCB and overseas-issued credit cards cannot be used.

Q: How do I join d Car Share?
A: You can register as a member by clicking "New Member Registration" at the bottom of the home screen of the d Car Share app, or by clicking "Register for Free" on the d Car Share website.
If you have a d Account, you can register even if you are not a Docomo line subscriber. Even if you do not have a d Account, you can easily issue a free account from the member registration screen.

To register as a member, you will need to take a photo of the applicant's driver's license or other document.
*My Number licenses are not currently supported. Please register with your traditional driver's license.

It may take more than 24 hours to confirm and review the registration details.

Q: What do I need to join d Car Share?
A: The following items are required.

●"d Account"
Even if you are not a Docomo line subscriber, you can easily issue a free account. It can also be issued when registering as a member from the d Car Share app or website. Also, if you have a d account, you can earn and use d points, and you can use it for other services.

● "Driver's license"
* Minority licenses are not currently supported. A conventional driver's license is required.

A driver's license valid in Japan issued by the Public Safety Commission of each prefecture (large license (type 1 or type 2), medium license (type 1 or type 2), semi-medium license (type 1) or regular license (type 1 or type 2) as specified in the Road Traffic Act)

* Only original color photos are accepted.

(If the address is different from the driver's license)

● "Supporting documents"

Documents that can confirm the document issuer, date of issue within the last 6 months, and the person's name and current address

* Documents with My Number printed on them cannot be accepted.

* Only original color photos are accepted.

Q: After applying for d Car Share membership, when can I use the service?

A: You can use the service immediately after Docomo confirms your membership registration details and confirms that your membership registration is complete.

The results of the confirmation of your membership registration will be notified via the d Car Share app and email.
It may take more than 24 hours to confirm and review your registration.
*People who have had a driver's license for less than a year cannot join Mitsui Car Shares.

Q: Can I display receipts?

A: For receipt amounts for credit card payments and combined telephone charges for Car Share, you can display the [Usage slip/receipt] for each use after the fee is confirmed (by the end of the month following the use) by clicking the [Display receipt] button.


- The [Display receipt] button will not be displayed before the fee is confirmed, so the [Usage slip/receipt] cannot be displayed.
- The amount paid from the "Uncompleted payments" list will be displayed as "Postpaid".
- It is not possible to display the [Usage slip/receipt] for multiple uses together.
- The amount paid with d points or coupons cannot be included in the receipt amount.
・For convenience store payments, please receive a receipt when you pay at the convenience store.

・For rental cars, please receive a receipt at each rental car store.

◆About tax treatment
We ask that you please check for yourself whether the [usage slip/receipt] displayed on d Car Share is valid for expense settlement, etc.
