NX ONE is a real estate company based in Noida. The mobile application is being developed for the convenience of existing customers who have bought properties with NX ONE.

After logging in the app, the customers will be able to access complete details of their existing properties, detailed as under :

1) Applicant Details including that of the co-applicant – Name, Address, PAN, Aadhar, mobile no. & email
2) Property Details – Tower / Plot No., Floor No., Unit No., Area Details, Unit Type, Bank Loan Information
3) Account Details – Break up of the total cost including paid & outstanding
4) Payment Plan – Giving instalment wise breakup of the total cost
5) Demand Letter – Demand letters / Reminders issued till date – with an option to download
6) Receipt – Details of all receipts / payments made till date
7) Due – this will give a graphic and percentage breakup of total cost of unit - Paid / Due Amount / Overdue Amount / Amount not yet demanded
8) Construction – This will provide the construction updates of the purchased unit.
9) Profile – this section would have FAQ, Contact Us details, Option to change password.
