The blood pressure and blood glucose monitoring features cannot function without these supplied external devices. Weight tracking can be entered manually or synced from Google Health Connect.
The Digital Medicine app is for enrolled members of the Digital Medicine program. It pairs with your supplied devices to give you and your care team a continuous view of your readings, supports you between visits, and helps you stay engaged with your care plan.
Take and send readings using your supplied devices
* Pair your supplied Bluetooth blood pressure monitor to capture and transmit blood pressure readings to your care team
