Important instructions:
Hardware: The prerequisite for using HeimatTV is a broadband connection from EWE/osnatel/swb with a download speed of at least 20 Mbit/s and the purchase of a HeimatTV UHD receiver per household. A maximum of 5 UHD receivers per household can be purchased, and at home TV can also be used via other end devices. Depending on the end device, there may be restrictions on the additional functions of the respective channels such as replay, restart or timeshift and access to the media libraries.
So that all channels and functions can be used properly, it is recommended to use the home TV UHD receiver. Home TV can only be used in the home WLAN.
