Nobody will forget their tasks. You can see the list of tasks you've assiged or those assigned to you. A team can work togather to attach voice, photo,files while working on task including messaging each other.
Send instant Task or schedule in future and the Receiver will get a phone call and ask the Receiver to Accept or Reject the Task.

If you send another person instant voice message, it will start playing on mobile instantly.
You can press "Call Attender" button and Attender's mobile will start ringing a bell.
