The application is intended for city workers and car park operators who need to check parked vehicles in real time in paid parking zones or car parks without entry control.
The application clearly displays all paid registration plates at a given location. The application also uses a system for recognizing registration plates from the phone's camera and informs the employee about ongoing or recently paid parking fees for the registration plate.
