The OpenText Active Orders Mobile app for Android devices

OVERVIEW -
The OpenText Active Orders Mobile app provides users with access to the status of orders as well as the ability for suppliers to accept or reject an order. Additionally, Suppliers and Carriers can scan packages – or manually enter them – to create a pickup event that updates the shipment in Active Orders. This application, powered by OpenText AppWorks, provides an interface to Active Orders allowing users to access the status of an order anytime from any place.

NOTE: This app is designed to work with the OpenText Active Orders service. For more information on OpenText OpenText Active Orders, please see http://www.opentext.com. This application is compatible with OpenText Active Orders R16.2 or higher.

AVAILABLE FEATURES

The Active Orders Mobile App offers for suppliers:
• Receive an alert when new orders arrive
• View a list of orders including order status and other key order information
• Drill down to details for a selected order
• Search for specific orders such as by order status or order number
• Accept or reject an order
• Scan or manually enter package barcodes to create a pickup, and submit to Active Orders to update a shipment

The Active Orders Mobile App offers for buyers:
