Customs notifications & declarations for drivers: AN/PN/TS, ICS2, ELO, GVMS

Oregon NCTS lets drivers in international road transport handle customs notifications and declarations easily from their phone. Sign in with your Oregon account to:

• AN/PN/TS Notification (Hungarian customs) — send an arrival notification with the MRN, vehicle plate and presentation office.
• ICS2 ENS Arrival Notification (Croatian customs) — create a notification with the MRN and customs office.
• ELO Declaration (RoRo, UK–FR) — create a declaration with direction, load and declaration details; scan document numbers with the barcode reader.
• GVMS Declaration (Great Britain crossing) — create a declaration with direction, port and document details, using the built-in port/ferry picker and calendar date selector.
• My Notifications — track the current status of the notifications you have sent from a single screen.
• Declaration Copy — view and share the PDF copy of your transit or ICS2 ENS document; scan the reference with the barcode reader.

The app supports Turkish and English. Your login details are stored in your phone's secure storage, and all connections are encrypted.

This app is intended for Oregon customers. A valid Oregon account is required to use it.
