Overquoted is for anyone who's stared at a $1,400 mechanic estimate, a 40-page rental lease, or a gym contract
about to be signed, and thought: am I being played? Reading every line of every document like a lawyer isn't
realistic. You still have to sign.

WHAT IT DOES

• Scans bills, invoices, contractor quotes, service receipts, medical statements. Each line item gets a fairness
verdict (FAIR, HIGH, VERY HIGH, SUSPICIOUS) plus a fair-range comparison and the reasoning.

• Reads contracts, leases, NDAs, non-competes, employment agreements, terms of service. Every clause translated
into plain English, severity-rated (INFO, WATCH, WARNING, CRITICAL), with what it means for you specifically.

• Catches contradictions inside the document. The "after-hours premium" on an invoice timestamped 10:47 AM. Labor
