With a structured 4-step workflow, you can record the condition before, during, and after the mat deployment – ​​completely and in compliance with legal requirements.

Here's how it works: 1. Create a deployment – ​​Select or create a new entry for the customer, construction site, floor, and sanitary fixture. The GPS location is automatically recorded. 2. Check-in – Document the current condition with photos. Record any existing damage (scratches, cracks, chips, etc.) individually and document it with photos. 3. Mat deployment – ​​Photograph the correct installation of the protective mat and confirm it using a checklist.

4. Check-out – Document the final condition after the mat has been removed and note whether it is undamaged or if any new damage has occurred.
