The safety of your employees, customers, and contractors as well as the protection of the environment in the communities in which you work is becoming increasingly important and highly regulated. Maintaining records of these activities is becoming problematic though.

Paperless is a first of its kind mobile and web application built specifically for this purpose, for construction teams to manage all their HSE training records centrally and paperless.

This mobile application allows Construction Site Management to load Safe Systems of Work, Briefing Documents or Corporate Literature onto the platform, share it with the project teams out in the field for the recording of HSE briefings digitally and in real-time.

Once on site, supervisors can access these documents via the mobile application using either tablets or their phones and link inducted attendees to the briefings through Auto-ID technology for authentication. The result is a detailed and current record of all site staff competencies and training records for the project and future projects. The mobile application also covers other features such as timekeeping, fatigue management, emergency evacuation, roll call and broadcasting messages to the individual project teams. It also makes provision to be used as a mobile application to undertake HSE inspections, completion of the documentation and the required checklists.
