App Description
Amadeus chatbot, a virtual assistant with integrated artificial intelligence.
Amadeus is an Android virtual assistant project powered by artificial intelligence, designed to help users with everyday tasks through natural conversation. The AI can answer questions and perform actions on the user's device through these dialogues.
In this beta phase, responses are primarily based on what the user teaches the chatbot, with intelligent mechanisms already in place to manage learning and improve interactions over time.
To see the prototype, which was built entirely on a mobile phone and is a more complete version with a range of functions and a much larger database, check out our series showing the project's development on YouTube: https://youtu.be/X9Q1d40ZuQc
Use of Accessibility Service: Amadeus uses Android's AccessibilityService API to power its floating button assistant feature. When enabled by the user, this service allows Amadeus to observe on-screen content and interact with UI elements in other apps — for example, tapping a button or reading visible text — in response to explicit voice commands given by the user. This feature requires user consent and is disclosed prominently before the permission is granted. The Accessibility Service is not used to collect personal data, record calls, change system settings without user interaction, or perform any action not directly initiated by the user.
