The ParkingTIR map's distinctive features include:
1. Visually distinguishable icons on the map: paid parking, free parking, SPOT, store, etc.;
2. Filter by parking lot and infrastructure type;
3. Build and edit a route using waypoints to view parking lots along the route;
4. Display the distance to the parking lot in route-based mode (only at zoom 14);
5. Search for parking lots without a route in the desired area of the map: by clicking on the map, by entering coordinates, or by city name;
6. Active link to Google Maps;
7. Active link to panorama mode;
8. Parking lot review system;
9. Ability to add parking lots (moderated to reduce the likelihood of false information appearing on the map);
