Parkview Peer PLUS connects people in recovery from substance use with Parkview Health peer recovery coaches. Parkview peer recovery coaches provide support, a listening ear, and information about community resources in areas served by Parkview Health (Northeast Indiana, Northwest Ohio). You can use Peer PLUS to send secure messages to your coach, view community resources (housing, transportation, medication-assisted treatment, and more), and get reminders for your upcoming appointments. After connecting for the first time, you will be able to access parts of the application offline. You can use this application only if you are enrolled in the Parkview peer recovery program. You must also be able to receive texts to log in.
