Register a “My HKT” account and manage your NETVIGATOR / LiKE1OO, Home Phone / eye / IDD 0060, Now TV, 1O1O, csl and Club Sim services with HKT / PCCW through a single login.

Main Features:

- View up to the last three bills
- Update your billing information
- Check your service plan particulars
- Test your line status and reboot your broadband modem and Now TV set-top box
- Check your appointment particulars
- Update your registered contact information for our service(s)
- Look for the address and contact information of our shops and customer service centres

One login account will allow you to access both “My HKT” App and “My HKT” website (https://cs.hkt.com). If you have already got a login account for the website, please login to “My HKT” App using your existing Login ID and Password.
