Milling and Grain is a monthly magazine covering all aspects of milling grain for food and feed production. Milling and Grain was first published as "Milling" in 1891 and today is the oldest magazine, still published, serving the milling industry worldwide. This is the application of the French edition of Milling and Grain. Every two months the magazine is published and printed in French, Spanish, Arabic, Chinese and Turkish. You can subscribe to these different editions (including the English edition) separately and the digital versions are available in pdf format for subscribers.
