App Description

Learn Greek letters fast with adaptive spaced repetition and tests

Learning the Greek alphabet is useful for reading Greek words, understanding symbols in math and science, and building a foundation for further language study. Instead of memorizing letters once and forgetting them, you need repetition at the right moments. This app is designed for long-term retention rather than short quiz sessions.

At the core is an adaptive spaced repetition system that adjusts review intervals based on your real memory performance. If you recall a letter after a longer delay than expected, the next interval increases. If you hesitate or answer incorrectly, the interval shortens without resetting your progress. This keeps practice efficient and focused on what still needs reinforcement.

Two learning modes support different study styles. Multiple Choice enables quick rounds with immediate feedback and helps build early recognition. Self-Assessment strengthens active recall: you try to retrieve the answer first and then rate whether you knew it, almost knew it, or did not know it. This method is highly effective for long-term memory.

The content is organized into clear categories so you can learn step by step. You can practice uppercase and lowercase letters, common letter names, and typical pronunciation hints. Several question directions are available, such as Letter → Name, Name → Letter, Uppercase → Lowercase, and Lowercase → Uppercase. This trains both recognition and production and helps you avoid common confusions.

Tests provide a transparent snapshot of your level. In a test, each item appears once and your result awards a silver or gold medal. Tests can be repeated anytime to track improvement and identify weak letters.

A complete card browser is included for browsing and targeted review of all letters.
