App Description

Star reward chart for kids. Chores earn stars, stars buy rewards. Ages 4-12.

Kids refuse chores. Not because they're lazy, because they can't see the progress or the payoff.

Star Reward Chart turns every task into a visible win: a star earned for each chore done, rewards the child picks and saves for, a weekly board the whole family can read. Parents assign, kids complete, everyone sees the result. It is the sticker chart from the fridge, always up to date, and it never runs out of stickers.

HOW THE STAR CHART WORKS

1. Weekly chore board, Monday to Sunday grid, one tap marks any task done
2. Stars for every chore, each task has its own point value; harder tasks for older kids earn more
3. Reward shop, extra screen time, an ice cream, a trip to the park, staying up late; kids choose what they save for
4. Balance per child, stars earned minus stars spent, always visible
5. Several children, color-coded profiles with an emoji, each child sees only their own chores
6. Redemption moment, when enough stars are saved, spending them is a shared event
7. Weekly reset, by hand whenever you like, or automatically every Monday
8. Offline, private, no account needed, no data leaves the phone

The app opens with a sample child, 8 starter chores and 5 example rewards, so the board is ready to try in a minute. Edit, rename or delete anything.

CHORE IDEAS BY AGE

Under 5: carrying a napkin, tidying toys, matching socks
Ages 6-8: making the bed, loading the dishwasher, feeding the pet
Ages 9-12: vacuuming a room, sorting laundry, taking out the trash
Teens: cooking a simple meal, grocery run, cleaning the bathroom

Give each chore a star value you set, so the chart stays fair as kids grow.

A REWARD CHART THAT KEEPS WORKING

Paper star charts lose their power in weeks: stickers run out, stars get argued over, the chart goes missing. A digital reward chart keeps the count honest. The star total runs at the top of each child's profile, the reward they are working toward is one tap away, and the board resets cleanly every week. Earning stays visible, no lecture about responsibility needed.

FOR PARENTS TIRED OF NAGGING

No morning arguments. No "did you do your chores?". The board answers that question. Kids check off their own tasks; you see the weekly total at a glance.

WHO USES THIS APP

- Parents of 4 to 12 year olds building daily habits without constant reminders
- Families who want a behavior chart with prizes instead of punishments
- Childminders managing different ages and different tasks in one household
- Blended families needing separate chore lists per child under one roof

WHAT YOU GET WITHOUT PAYING, AND WITH FULL ACCESS

The chore board, the stars and up to 2 family profiles cost nothing and show ads. A 7-day trial at no cost unlocks everything: unlimited family members, the rewards tab and the automatic Monday reset. After the trial, full access continues as a weekly subscription that also removes the ads. Cancel anytime from Google Play; the basic board stays yours.
