Record, view, manage and export your driver journal

Journey Log automatically tracks and records your journeys. By signing in with your Polestar ID and with user consent after login, the app efficiently records all journeys in the background, creating a driver journal for each trip. After completion of each journey, the recorded data becomes accessible within the app interface.

Detailed Recording and Mapping: Journey recording triggers automatically when the vehicle is shifted into drive mode and concludes once parked. Users are encouraged to check notifications from the app to stay updated on their journey status. Each recorded journey is thoroughly documented with essential details such as distance driven, energy consumption, odometer readings, and timestamps. The app also provides addresses for the start and end positions of each journey.

Advanced Filtering and Export Options: Users can easily access their past journeys, with the ability to filter by days or by specific categories like business, private, or commute. This helps in organizing and retrieving journeys up to 400 days. Journeys that are less than 1 km (or 1 mile) in length are also recorded and can be filtered. The app's robust export functionality allows for exporting these filtered journeys in CSV or xls formats, directly to the user's email.

Journey Management Features: The app ensures user privacy by restricting access to journeys recorded on the same vehicle by different users. Please note that each user must have a unique Polestar ID for sign-in, which is used for recording journeys and exporting the driver journal. User can stop recording trip by sign out, delete all the journey records, or even delete the journey log account.
