Load is an AI flashcard maker that turns photos of your notes, PDFs, and study material into flashcards in seconds — then helps you study until you actually know it.

SCAN YOUR NOTES WITH YOUR CAMERA
Tap Scan Document on the Home screen and the camera opens right away. Scan one page or many, add another document whenever you like, and Load reads the text on your phone, page by page. Check and edit the text, then tap Generate Cards. Text recognition works best on clear, printed pages in good light, and you can fix any word before you generate.

TURN NOTES AND PDFS INTO FLASHCARDS
Paste anything you're studying, or import a PDF or text file. Choose how many cards you want (10 to 100), and Load writes the cards. Every card is shown to you before it's saved: edit, remove, or regenerate anything that isn't right. Load only keeps cards your material supports, so you get accurate cards, not padding.

STUDY WITH A TAP
Tap a card to flip it back and forth, mark it Correct or Incorrect, and see your score at the end of every round. Undo a mistake, shuffle the deck for a session, or study in deck order.

RESTUDY ONLY WHAT YOU MISSED
The cards you get wrong are saved to that set's Missed Cards. Study just those until the pile is empty — then go again from the top.

QUIZ YOURSELF FROM YOUR OWN CARDS
Every study set can become a multiple-choice quiz, built on your device from your own cards. Score it, review the questions you missed, and retry them. Quiz needs no AI and works offline.

WATCH YOUR SCORES CLIMB
Each set keeps your latest and best scores, your best quiz, recent attempts, and when you last studied. The Progress tab shows your day streak and recent sessions across every set.

ORGANIZE YOUR LIBRARY
Tag your study sets, search them, filter by tag, and manage every card. Create sets by hand whenever you want — no AI needed.

FREE AND PRO
Studying, quizzes, and cards you make by hand are free forever. The free plan also includes 3 AI generations, from pasted notes, scanned pages, or an imported PDF or text file. Scanning itself is free. Load Pro (monthly or annual, with a one-week free trial on the annual plan) lets you keep generating flashcards with AI after those are used. Load Pro generation is subject to fair-use limits that keep the service reliable.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account required. Your study sets and history stay on your device and aren't uploaded to Google's cloud backup. Scanned pages are read on your phone; the photos aren't uploaded or kept. Your text is sent to Porter Street's AI service only when you tap Generate, and OpenAI writes your cards from it. Porter Street doesn't keep your text or use it to train AI; OpenAI may keep it for up to 30 days to check for abuse.
