Dust Control – Self Assessment App (DPCC Delhi) is a digital platform designed to help project proponents and government authorities monitor, report, and control dust pollution generated from construction and demolition activities across Delhi. Developed in accordance with the guidelines of the Delhi Pollution Control Committee (DPCC), the app enables users to register construction projects, submit periodic self-assessment reports, and upload photo and video evidence to demonstrate compliance with prescribed dust control measures such as water sprinkling, material covering, and use of anti-smog systems. It provides a streamlined system for regular reporting, status tracking, and communication between project proponents and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and accountability in construction practices. Departmental users can monitor registered projects, verify submitted data, and take necessary actions including inspections, notices, or penalties in case of non-compliance.
