Prime Waste Solutions is a state-of-the-art app designed to streamline and optimize waste management operations in Material Recovery Facilities (MRFs). The platform provides comprehensive tools and real-time insights to enhance efficiency, improve sorting accuracy, and maximize resource recovery.
Prime Waste Solutions aims to digitize the end-to-end supply chain for the collection, transportation, processing, recycling, and sale of materials collected using this app. This smart, interactive platform will complement the on-ground operations by digitizing the end-to-end business processes. This app is meant for direct employees of PWS, Collection partners, Logistics fleets, and MRF employees. The sign-up is free and upon verification of credentials, the users can perform various activities on the platform.
The app provides functionalities like
- Material receiving module for material in-warding executives to digitally accept the materials brought in by the logistics unit and documentation
- Production module for recording the daily production of the unit, segregated into different processes and documentation
- Dispatch module for recording the material dispatched to customers and documentation

The app guides you to process the recyclable items collected from the LGUs, Commercial establishments, and Institutions and deposit the same for responsible and environment-friendly recycling.
PWS uses state-of-the-art equipment for waste segregation and storage, such as vibrating sieves, baler systems, and magnetic separators, to maximize resource recovery. It aims to significantly reduce landfill volumes, thereby lessening organic waste ending up decomposing and producing harmful methane emissions.
In Cebu, it currently processes 1,000 tons of municipal solid waste daily. Its Pampanga MRF, inaugurated in June 2024, has a capacity of 5,000 tons per day.
The overall objective is to optimize value created from waste by capitalizing on opportunities from Prime Infra’s complementary sustainable fuels business.
