Bancamía wants to be closer and closer to its customers. With the NEW version of Mobile Banking, in a very friendly and close way it gives the possibility to its clients to access products and services such as: Balances Consultation (Savings Accounts, CDTs), Payment of Public and Private Services and Payment of your Bancamía credits, cellular recharge from the main operators in the country, transfers of money to your own or other Bancamía accounts and transfers to any other bank in Colombia; generate the temporary key for withdrawals throughout the network of banking correspondents nationwide (Baloto, Corresponsales Bancamía) more than 10 thousand available points.

To register in Mobile Banking follow the following steps:

1) Come to any of the offices and request your activation in the channel where we will validate your identity.

2) Enter the application by Register and follow the steps indicated by the application

3) Assign your login password like this:

- Must contain at least 8 characters consisting of numbers and letters, except the ñ.
- Letters and numbers, at least one letter.
- Special characters are not allowed
- Maximum two consecutive numbers or two consecutive letters in the key.
- It must not contain spaces.

Remember to set your security questions with which you can generate a new password if required.
