proConnect is a private, hospital-grade team messaging app for clinicians,
nurses and operations staff working in hospitals that use ProMed, oNext or
OrdinZ. Built for the rhythm of clinical work — one place to coordinate
patient care, escalate critical events, and keep the right team informed
without leaving the workflow.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• Direct messages — one-to-one chat with any colleague in your hospital
• Teams — private group chats for departments, units and projects
• Channels — broadcast feeds for announcements, code-blue alerts and
integrated systems like lab results

BUILT FOR HOSPITALS, NOT THE PUBLIC

proConnect is not a social network. It is intentionally closed:

• No public sign-up. Access is provisioned by your hospital's host
application via a one-time QR code.
• No profile management inside the app. Names, designations and
departments stay in sync with ProMed, oNext or OrdinZ — your hospital's
source of truth.
• Conversations are confined to your hospital. You cannot search for or
contact users in other institutions.
• Your messages and attachments are the property of your hospital.

INTEGRATIONS THAT REACH YOU WHERE YOU ARE

proConnect plugs into clinical systems your hospital already runs. Code-blue
alerts, lab-result notifications, on-call paging and discharge confirmations
arrive as push notifications, actionable cards or channel posts — wired into
the same surface where you message your colleagues.

• Data encrypted in transit
