APP to consult your loans, cards and other Pronto+ services

The PRONTO+ APP was created to help you, so that you can access relevant information on your credits, cards and other Pronto+ services, quickly and comfortably. To access MY ACCOUNT, create a password and that's it. Through our notification system you will be able to access: payment reminders, promotions for your card and credit, increase in the spending limit of your card, pre-approved offers, and others. You access our loan or card application, enter your data, and in a few seconds we will give you an answer. What can you do in the APP?
· Request a LOAN or a VISA DE PRONTO+ CARD, obtain online offers tailored to you, choose the one that suits you best and pick it up at Branches or Redpagos. For more information consult our privacy policies.
· If you have a current loan, you can find out: upcoming due dates, date of last payment, amounts to be paid, number of outstanding installments and number of installments paid.
· If you have the Pronto+ Visa, you can find out: available balance for purchases and cash withdrawals, current and next closing date, current and next expiration date, total payment and minimum payment to be paid, make online payments, see ProntoPremios available, current movements and account summary.

· Obtain information about our branches and locate the one closest to your location.
· Find out about our PROMOTIONS and special DISCOUNTS.
· All this, 24 hours a day, wherever you are. You can safely access your financial information.

Pronto (Kedal S.A and Bautzen S.A) is supervised by the Central Bank of Uruguay. For more information, you can access www.bcu.gub.uy. Loan payment term: minimum 90 days and maximum 4 years (3 to 48 installments). In case of pre-payments, a fine equivalent to 25% of the interest not accrued on the date of payment may be applied. The maximum Annual Effective Rate (TEA or APR*) is subject to the provisions of the Central Bank of Uruguay that are in force at the time the loan is granted. The current maximum TEA is 120.37% plus VAT and will be defined based on the term, amount, documentation presented and the customer's credit profile.
