Stay across all activity
The dashboard gives you a real-time summary as jobs are reported and inspections fall due. Track every job from the time it is reported through to approval, supplier assignment and completion.
Communicate with a single click
All of your rental and sale properties are available in the app alongside complete owner and tenant contact details so you can make a call, send an sms or compose an email with just a tap. All communication is stored within the platform and inbound sms receives replies straight to the app so you never need to search your phone or screenshot and save messages again.
Go completely digital with Paperless Inspections
Preparing paperless inspection reports couldn’t be easier. The app preselects the areas for each property, which you can customise and then records your comments (using dictation if you wish) along with any number of photos for each area. Nominate a rent review amount, specify any follow-up actions and recommendations for the owner and then tap to sign and publish the report right from the device. All data is synchronised automatically to PropertyMe in the cloud, so if you’d prefer to edit the report on a computer before publishing it, it will be ready and waiting for you either back at the office or anywhere you like to work.
